Reproducibility package for window-controlled Landsat 8/9 assessment of early-season surface urban heat in Purnea and Katihar

Analysis-only archive containing code, derived tables, boundary files, figure source data, generated figures and verification outputs for a Landsat 8/9 surface urban heat study of Purnea and Katihar, Bihar, India, 2016-2026. The archive excludes manuscript drafts, submission correspondence and document-preparation scripts. Version 1.0.1 adds MODIS composite dates, Dynamic World reference-ring composition (S13), regenerated LST-anomaly figures and updated validation outputs.
