Replication package for "Converting a retail network for low-altitude logistics: airspace permission surface, node capability and last-mile reach"

A public, reduced replication package for the manuscript "Converting a retail network for low-altitude logistics: airspace permission surface, node capability and last-mile reach", submitted to the International Journal of Logistics Research and Applications. Creator metadata is blinded for double-anonymised peer review and will be replaced with the authors' names once review is complete. Contents: 95 Python scripts (retrieval and parsing, the phase analyses the manuscript cites by name, the covering-model solver, the figure generators, and two verification scripts); 169 retrieved and derived data files, covering every number the manuscript states; a data appendix recording every endpoint, query, retrieval date and archive snapshot, so each raw file can be re-collected; and the six figures as SVG. To check the manuscript against its sources, run from the archive root: python3 analysis/verify_manuscript_facts.py re-derives every stated number from the file it comes from, and python3 analysis/verify_references.py checks every reference for a DOI, a full author list and a verification date. At build time both passed on this copy: 348 assertions passed and 44 skipped, the skips being the checks that need the article text, which is not in this archive. Personal data: the address-level eligibility checks were made one at a time at residential addresses on an operator's public tool. This public copy keeps the sampled coordinates, the grid cell, the distances and the answer, which is the reduction the manuscript's ethics statement offers; the street address, the map link, the operator's verbatim reply and the screenshot reference are removed, and the screenshots and the two collection workbooks are withheld and held by the authors for an editor or a referee.
