The vineyard microbiota is susceptible to changes caused by agricultural practices. However, different agricultural practices affect the microbial communities present in the soil and in the plant differently. Due to the importance of microbiota in plant performance, understanding the effect of different agricultural practices is crucial. The aim is to characterize the effect of different agricultural practices on microbial communities in vineyards and to characterize their response.
