1、数据采集:从不同的产品设计文档中提取所有的国产化固体继电器的参数构成原始固体继电器数据集;获取客户需求,从需求中提取整机的产品要求和装配条件,产品要求包括:主称代号、外形符号和防护特征符号,装配条件包括:尺寸、额定输出电压等参数;
2、数据处理:根据产品要求确定产品型号,根据整机需求的装配条件和产品型号,对原始固体继电器数据集进行分类,提供分类的条件参数为:产品型号、尺寸、额定负载电压、额定负载电流、额定输出电压;根据条件参数可获得产品型号的具体参数,包括应用说明、环境条件、技术指标、外形安装尺寸、接线图等具体信息。
3、数据应用:对大量固体继电器国产化提供层级筛选功能,便于研发设计和销售时,选择与装备整机匹配的国产化固体继电器,实现从基本参数到详细参数的选择。
1. Data Collection: Extract all parameters of domestically produced solid-state relays from various product design documents to construct the original solid-state relay dataset; acquire customer requirements, and extract product requirements and assembly conditions for the complete equipment from the requirements. The product requirements include: main designation code, appearance symbol and protection feature symbol, while the assembly conditions include dimensions, rated output voltage and other parameters.
2. Data Processing: Determine the product model based on the product requirements; classify the original solid-state relay dataset according to the assembly conditions and product models required by the complete equipment. The conditional parameters for classification include: product model, dimensions, rated load voltage, rated load current and rated output voltage. Specific parameters of the corresponding product model can be obtained based on these conditional parameters, including application instructions, environmental conditions, technical indicators, external installation dimensions, wiring diagrams and other detailed information.
3. Data Application: Provide hierarchical screening functionality for a large volume of domestically produced solid-state relays, so as to facilitate the selection of domestically produced solid-state relays matching the complete equipment during R&D, design and sales, and enable the selection process ranging from basic parameters to detailed parameters.
