Transcriptome data in leaves of common wheat Norin 61

Higher plants experience morphological and physiological changes during vegetative stage, which is called juvenile-to-adult (JA) phase transition. Despite the advanced studies in Arabidopsis, maize, and rice, the presence of the JA phase transition remains unexplored in wheat. In this study, we aimed to elucidate when and how the transition occurs in wheat, investigating the temporal changes of transcriptome in leaves and shoot morphology in common wheat cultivar Norin 61.
