Leading skills considered very important by media leaders worldwide 2024

During a global 2024 survey, nearly four in five (or 79 percent of) responding media leaders deemed communication skills and storytelling very important to their organizations. Data analysis and interpretation followed, mentioned by 73 percent, while the ability to explain complex techniques in a simple way rounded up the top three, cited by 65 percent of respondents.
