Evaluation of the roles of Lats1 and Lats2 in the development of the Mullerian ducts
Development of the female tract results from the careful coordination of numerous signaling pathways. Here, we evaluated the role of hippo pathway in the development of the female reproductive tract. We used microarray to compare the gene expression changes observed in the Mullerian ducts of E17.5 mice embryos between control group and experimental (mutant) group bearing a conditional deletion of both (conjoint) Lats1 and Lats2 using the Amhr2cre strain. Mullerian ducts were collected from E17.5 mice (control and experimental group) for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. Control=Lats1f/f,Lats2f/f , Mutant=Lats1f/f,Lats2f/f,Amhr2cre/+
对照组基因型为Lats1f/f、Lats2f/f,突变组基因型为Lats1f/f、Lats2f/f、Amhr2cre/+
