Somatic non-allelic homologous recombination caused by repeat elements. Homo sapiens

This study investigates the extent of somatic non-allelic homologous recombination (NAHR) in a panel of post-mortem human tissues including kidney, liver and 3 cortical brain regions. The study includes donors for control, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease conditions.
