This research examines how digital competency certification (DCIT) functions as a governance tool that connects human resource development—specifically in attitude, knowledge, and skills—with greater awareness of sustainability in the mining sector. Data were collected from 314 coal mining heavy equipment operators and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS version 4.1.0.9.
