Processed data for manuscript: MIMIC: a flexible pipeline to register and summarize IMC-MSI experiments Code available at: https://gitlab.uzh.ch/retogerber/imc_to_ims_methods_analysis_scripts File descriptions: MIMIC-v_artificial_tissue.zip and MIMIC-v_Glycans.zip contains the code to obtain the processed (integrated) data (in data.zip). As raw data https://doi.org/10.6019/S-BIAD2091 is used. data.zip contains all the processed data from the output of MIMIC. imc_to_ims_methods_analysis_scripts-master.zip contains all the scripts for going from the data (from data.zip) to the final results and figures. imc-analysis_1.2.sif is the singularity container used to run the analysis.
