资源简介:
Peptidyl prolylisomerase (PPIase), a well-conserved protein-folding enzyme, has recently been demonstrated to have a role in virulence of several pathogens. They regulate the cell cycle, chromatin remodelling and transcription factor functions. Mtb has two cyclophilins, PpiA and PpiB coded by ppiA (Rv0009) and ppiB (Rv2582) respectively. PpiA or Rv0009 is secreted during infection and is similar to human cyclophilins. Here, mouse macrophages (RAW264.7) were treated with recombinant Rv0009 or left untreated, followed by RNA isolation and high throughput RNA sequencing. RNA Sequencing in mouse macrophages (RAW264.7) treated with recombinant Rv0009 (4 hour, 8 hour and 24 hour) or left untreated (Biological Triplicate).
