Data release accompanying the manuscript COSMOS: integrated vector-pathogen metagenomics for mosquito-borne disease surveillance by Forster et al. This version contains sample metadata, reference panels, virus detection summaries, mosquito abundance estimates, validation datasets, cryptic mosquito subpopulation analyses and PCA outputs used in the manuscript.
