Experimental ecosystem eutrophication causes offsetting effects on emissions of CO2, CH4, and N2O from agricultural reservoirs" published in the journal Environmental Science and Technology. This dataset features the physical, chemical, and greenhouse gas data of an experimental nutrient enrichment field study for a series of agricultural reservoirs in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. The study period of the experiment was from June 1 to September 2. This experiment involves six agricultural reservoirs, three of which are impacted sites where nitrogen was applied as urea during the latter half of the experimental period, while the remaining are control sites where no nitrogen fertilization was applied during the entire experimental period. The submission consists of 3 separate files. The files include a README text file, surface water physical and chemical data, and vertical profile data.
