ChIP-sequencing for NFkB p65 in 3T3 fibroblasts, to determine possible differences in genome binding in Zbtb7a-knockout cells. Fibroblasts were derived from Zbtb7a-knockout or congenic control (p53-knockout) mice, and cells were treated with 5ng/ml mouse TNF-alpha to stimulate NFkB pathway activation.
