»Das verletzte Selbst« und das Leid der Medusa – Forschungsbericht zur frauenspezifisch-psychodramatischen Trauma-Therapie “The injured self” and the misery of Medusa - A research paper on female-specific psychodramatic trauma therapy

Der Artikel stellt das Ergebnis einer grounded theory zu einem psychodramatischen Störungs- und Therapieverständnis der Dissoziation vor. Zur Erwärmung für die Thematik führt der Mythos der Medusa in ein symbolisches und szenisches Verständnis ein. Der theoretische Schwerpunkt wird in diesem Beitrag auf die psychodramatischen Vorstellungen zur Entwicklung des »Selbst« und die durch frühe und komplexe Traumen hervorgerufenen Verletzungsfolgen in der »Selbst«-Struktur gelegt. Anschließend wird die an zwei prototypischen Therapiefällen entwickelte Kernkategorie des »Gemeinsam-in-den-Spiegel-Schauens« als ein das Integrationsniveau förderndes Prinzip in der psychotherapeutischen Behandlung, im Speziellen von Frauen mit verletzter Selbststruktur, erläutert. Als eines der Resultate konnte diese gemeinsame Außenperspektive im psychodramatischen Handlungsraum als »Spiegelposition« verankert werden. Die Außenperspektive eröffnet eine Metaebene und ermöglicht dadurch Selbstregie. This article is the result of a grounded theory applied to the psychodramatic understanding of dissociation and its therapy. As a warm-up to the topic the myth of Medusa inducts into the comprehension of scenes and symbols. The theoretical focus is on the psychodramatic perception of the developing self and on the aftermath of violation in the »self« structure caused by early complex traumata. The following part expounds the core concept called »Looking at the mirror together.« It was developed on two prototypical cases and outlines a principle in the psychotherapeutic treatment supporting integration, especially for women with injured »self« structure. As one of the results this shared external perspective could be rooted in the psychodramatic space of action as »mirror position«.
