We report transcriptomic analysis of CD4 T cells isolated from vaginal, ectocervical, and endocervical tissues from 4 individuals. Human blood, cervial, and vaginal tissues were collected from healthy women undergoing elective surgeries. Freshly isolated tissues were enzymatically processed into single cell suspensions, and blood was collected into ACD tubes and then the PBMC layer isolated uring a Lymphoprep gradient. Cells were stained for Live/Dead, CD45, CD3, CD4, CD69, CD103 and Live, CD45+CD3+CD4+ cells were sorted into different CD69/CD103 expressiing populations.
