Metagenomic sequencing of river sediment samples from the Yangtze River watershed (PRJCA041774)

This project focuses on metagenomic sequencing of river sediment samples collected from the Yangtze River watershed to investigate microbial communities, antibiotic resistance genes, and functional gene profiles in sediment environments. A total of 7 sediment samples were sequenced on the BGI T7 platform, generating at least 20 Gb of paired-end data per sample. The dataset provides valuable insights into microbial ecology and potential environmental risks associated with sedimentary microbial communities.
