We collected sediments of mangrove forest from Leizhou Peninsula, including Kandelia obovate (KO) and Sonneratia apetala (SA), and unvegetated mudflat as contrast. To analyze the bacterial community structure in these sediments, amplicon of 16S rRNA V4-V5 region was prepared, sequenced by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).
