RNA-seq data of fbl10 in rice roots (PRJCA038828)

To investigate gene expression differences, etiolated seedlings grown in darkness for two days were treated with either air or 10 ppm ethylene for 4 hours. Root tips were collected from wild-type (WT) seedlings after both air and ethylene treatment, and from fbl10-1 mutants under air treatment. Total RNA was extracted from the root tips and used for RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to identify differentially expressed genes.
