We investigated the use of bacteriophages to decolonize intestinal carriers of the E. coli ST131 lineage. Two different pools of feces obtained from volunteers were spiked in a Fermentor system with a CTX-M-15-producing ST131 E. coli susceptible to bacteriophages and challenged with 3 doses of INTESTI Bacteriophage cocktail.
