Study on symbiotic germination of Gastrodia elata and Mycena sp

Mycena sp. can promote the germination of Gastrodia elata seeds, but the related molecular mechanism is less studied. Lignin degradation ability of Mycena for removing the impermeability of seed coats, and molecular mechanism of ABA biosynthesis and signal transduction in Gastrodia elata, which requires the support of transcriptome data. The transcriptome research providing a theoretical basis for screening excellent germination fungi, and for relieving ABA inhibition on Gastrodia elata seed germination.
