Data background:This dataset originates from the interior decoration project of a university academic exchange center. It addresses the limitations of static weighting in conventional Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) models. Whole-process carbon-emission data (production, transport, construction) are provided for three decoration schemes—high-end, medium, and basic—together with the dynamic-weight calculation procedure and Monte Carlo robustness-analysis results.Data content:Four file types are included:① Basic decision matrix (Excel): aesthetic scores, cost breakdowns, carbon-emission factors;② Carbon-emission calculation sheets (CSV): compiled in accordance with GB/T 51366-2019 and T/CBDA 69-2023;③Monte Carlo simulation code (MATLAB): script for 1,000 iterations.
