Human beta cell proliferation induced by inhibition of Dyrk1a and GSK3b

Conclusions: Since only a small subset of islet cells proliferate when stimulated with GNF4877, single-cell transcriptome sequencing allowed us to examine expression of genes co-regulated with known proliferation markers and will hopefully allow us to characterize beta cell subsets which are responsive to proliferation-associated therapies.结论：鉴于仅少量胰岛细胞亚群在经GNF4877刺激后发生增殖，本研究通过单细胞转录组测序（single-cell transcriptome sequencing），得以分析与已知增殖标志物共调控的基因表达情况，并有望借此对响应增殖相关疗法的β细胞亚群进行鉴定与表征。
