ADAR1 regulates miRNA profiles in exosomes derived from LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages

Adenosine deaminases acting on RNA-1 (ADAR1) regulates macrophage function and exosome-mediated intercellular communication. This study aimed to characterize the miRNA expression profiles of exosomes secreted by LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages with ADAR1 overexpression (OE-ADAR1-LPS) or negative control (NC-LPS), to identify key miRNAs involved in macrophage-related cellular processes.
