细胞存活率测定-AO/PI 染色法团体标准

本标准对通过AO/PI法进行细胞活率测量的技术要点进行了规范，包括测定方法的术语和定义、方法原理、试剂和材料、仪器设备、样本前处理、实验步骤、数据计算、结果报告。

Cell viability assay is an indispensable basic detection activity in cell research and application, and is widely used in fields such as basic research related to cell resources. Especially in the era of rapid development of biotechnology, cells represent a critically important material basis, and cell viability is a key indicator for evaluating cells. Therefore, the importance and necessity of high-quality, reliable and effective cell viability measurement methods have become increasingly prominent.

Based on the demands of the relevant field, it is highly necessary to develop a recommended standard for cell viability assays in basic research. This standard is not specifically formulated for cell pharmaceuticals, and is a non-mandatory recommended national standard.

This standard standardizes the technical key points of cell viability measurement using the AO/PI method, covering the terms and definitions of the assay method, methodological principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, sample pretreatment, experimental procedures, data calculation, and result reporting.
