1、采用形态标记和种源试验对光皮树进行研究,光皮树具有丰富的遗传多样性,种源表现明显的地理差异,其中湖南、江西两地的种源果实含油高达30%以上,产量高,抗性强 而广西的则表现材质好。 2、首次制定比木法+综合评分法选择光皮树优侏标准体系,并对江西、湖南和湖北3个主要产区自然分布的野生光皮树群落进行调查,经预选、初选选出112株优株,经复选后,得到35株复选优株材料,最后获得到16株光皮树决选优株。 3、攻克了光皮树无性化系繁殖技术,嫁接成活率由原来的50%提高到80%以上,扦插成活率实现零的突破达到了90%以上,实现决选优株进行无性化,并进行无性系测定:无性系各性状的遗传力从大到小依次排列(果株果穗数>单株鲜果产量>树高>单位面积产量>冠辐>胸径>单果穗平均果数>单果平均重) 经相关性分析、主成分分析,建立优良无性系综合评价模型。 4、利用ISSR分子标记对选育出的光皮树无性系进行鉴定,引物AG91515和AG91503就可将15个无性系和对照相互区别,并建立了ISSR识别卡。 5、通过形态解剖和显微观察,系统地研究光皮树果实生长发育规律、果实油脂形成和积累机理,绘制了光皮树果实生长发育曲线,探明了光皮树果皮高含油的机理以及光皮树油脂肪酸成分,为光皮树的定向培育、采收和加工提供了科学依据。 6、通过种质资源调查、良种选育标准制定、优株选择和无性系测定,经专家现场测产,筛选出具有高产、果实高含油、矮化、早实、遗传稳定的优良种源4个(平均每亩鲜果产量518.26Kg,比对照产量增加30%)和优良无性系6个(2年生幼树结果株率达40% 3年生幼树每亩鲜果产量420.21Kg,折合油75.6Kg/亩 4年鲜果达550Kg/亩,折合油99.1Kg 提前3-5年结果,树高控制在2m以下,缩小树冠幅60%),并通过国家林业局良种审定委员会审定。 7、制定了《光皮树培育技术规程》标准,有利于光皮树的标准化栽培和管理。

1. Studies on Swida wilsoniana were conducted using morphological markers and provenance trials. This species possesses rich genetic diversity, with significant geographic differences in provenance performance. Provenances from Hunan and Jiangxi provinces have fruit oil content exceeding 30%, along with high yield and strong stress resistance, while the Guangxi provenance features excellent wood quality. 2. For the first time, a standard system for selecting superior individual trees of Swida wilsoniana was established using the comparative method and comprehensive scoring method. Surveys were carried out on naturally distributed wild Swida wilsoniana communities in three major production areas: Jiangxi, Hunan and Hubei provinces. Through pre-selection and primary selection, 112 superior individuals were screened out; after secondary selection, 35 candidate superior individuals were obtained, and finally 16 finalized superior individuals of Swida wilsoniana were selected. 3. The technical bottlenecks of asexual propagation for Swida wilsoniana clones were overcome. The grafting survival rate was increased from the original 50% to over 80%, and the cutting survival rate achieved a breakthrough from zero, reaching over 90%. Asexual propagation of the finalized superior individuals was realized, and clonal trials were conducted. The heritabilities of various clonal traits are ranked in descending order as follows: number of fruit clusters per fruiting plant > fresh fruit yield per plant > tree height > yield per unit area > crown width > diameter at breast height (DBH) > average number of fruits per cluster > average single fruit weight. Through correlation analysis and principal component analysis, a comprehensive evaluation model for superior clones was established. 4. The bred Swida wilsoniana clones were identified using ISSR molecular markers. The two primers AG91515 and AG91503 can distinguish 15 clones and the control group, and an ISSR identification card was developed. 5. Through morphological anatomy and microscopic observation, the growth and development rules of Swida wilsoniana fruits, as well as the formation and accumulation mechanism of fruit oil, were systematically studied. The growth and development curve of Swida wilsoniana fruits was plotted, and the mechanism of high oil content in the pericarp and the fatty acid composition of Swida wilsoniana oil were clarified, providing scientific basis for targeted cultivation, harvesting and processing of Swida wilsoniana. 6. Through germplasm resource investigation, formulation of improved variety breeding standards, superior individual selection and clonal trials, combined with on-site yield measurement by experts, 4 superior provenances were selected, which have the characteristics of high yield, high fruit oil content, dwarfing, early fruiting and stable heredity (with an average fresh fruit yield of 518.26 kg per mu, 30% higher than the control group). Additionally, 6 superior clones were selected: for 2-year-old saplings, the fruiting plant rate reached 40%; for 3-year-old saplings, the fresh fruit yield per mu was 420.21 kg, equivalent to 75.6 kg of oil per mu; for 4-year-old trees, the fresh fruit yield reached 550 kg per mu, equivalent to 99.1 kg of oil. These clones bear fruit 3-5 years earlier, with tree height controlled below 2 m and crown width reduced by 60%. All these varieties were approved by the National Forestry Administration Superior Variety Approval Committee. 7. The standard "Technical Regulations for Swida wilsoniana Cultivation" was formulated, which facilitates standardized cultivation and management of Swida wilsoniana.
