Example confocal image stack from NCI-H1437 (RFP) 3D co-culture (Cancer Associated Fibroblasts) embedded in alginate capsules and grown in a stirred tank bioreactor. The culture is treated with docetaxel. The image is a RGB image with the RFP, GFP, and brightfield channel represented by a red, green, and gray color, respectively. The pixelsize is 2.22 micron. The image is in TIF-format.
