Replication Data for: Deconstructing Burnout at the Intersections of Race, Gender, and Generation in Local Government

The attached documents replicate the Tables and Figures in Barboza-Wilkes, Le, & Resh (2022), which appears in JPART. Data collection was funded by the John Randolph and Dora Haynes Foundation for the "Bringing Citizens to the Table: Evaluating the Willingness of Local Government Employees to Engage with Citizens" project. Included is the clean data set, coding file for the manuscript, and original survey instruments.
