To analyze the effect of pancreatic cancer on mouse gut microbiome, C57BL/6 (wild-type, WT) mice were orthotopically implanted with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cell line (PDAC). Microbiota analysis was performed using 16S rRNA gene sequencing on fecal samples collected before and three weeks after tumor implantation.
