Original and modified diploid Valencia sweet orange genomes for transposon element insertion detection

<pre>The compressed DVS_reference.zip contains two fasta files: "DVS.fasta" and "DVS.masked.34TE.fasta", which needs to be decompressed and put directly in the REF dir before running the pipeline. <br><br>DVS.fasta is the published unmodified diploid Valencia sweet orange genome.
