Single cell gene expression profiling of CARD9 WT and R101C murine skin infected with Trichophyton rubrum

We used scRNA-seq to understand how CARD9 R101C remodels skin immunity and cell state in response to fungal infection in a mouse model of dermatophytosis. We performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) of skin from WT and CARD9 R101C mice infected with T. rubrum at day two (D2) and day nine (D9) post-infection (3 replicates of each WT and CARD9 R101C at each timepoint)
