资源简介:
To evaluate the probable role of TONSL during tumorigenesis we overexpressed TONSL in primary breast epithelial cells and studied differential chromatin accessibility. Overall design: KTB103 primary and TONSL overexpressing KTB103 cells were subjected to ATAC-seq using the previously established protocol (Oncogene 40:1332-1346) . Assays were done in biologic triplicates with ~50,000 cells.
