Newly qualified social workers’ readiness in providing services to families and children

The goal of the study was to explore and describe NQSWs’ experiences regarding their work readiness to provide social work services to children and families in Gauteng. The study was qualitative using the interpretivist paradigm and instrumental case study design. Seven participants were selected through purposive sampling and interviewed using semi-structured interviews, and the data was analysed through thematic analysis. The theoretical framework that underpinned the study was the Theory of Collaborative Advantage (TCA).

本研究的目的是探讨并描述纳塔尔省社会工作者在为南非豪登省的儿童和家庭提供社会工作服务方面的职业准备经验。研究采用定性方法，遵循诠释学范式和工具性案例研究设计。通过目的抽样选取了七位参与者，并采用半结构化访谈的方式进行访谈，数据通过主题分析进行解读。本研究的理论框架是基于协同优势理论（TCA）。
