Comparing the Experience of RPA Implementation in Public & Private Sector Organizations- A Case of an RPA Consulting Company

To test the hypothesis, H1: Ease of Implementation of new technology is more in Private Sector Organisations, a questionnaire was designed on Google Forms after studying the literature, and Google Form link was emailed to the Directors to fill out. The questionnaire contained ten close-ended, designed on the Likert Scale, and one open-ended question. The data from the responses were downloaded in excel format.
