FGID-FMT dataset: Clinical and microbiota metadata for fecal microbiota transplantation

This dataset provides de-identified clinical and microbiota-related metadata from a fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) cohort, including 15 long-term donors, 370 recipients with functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs), and 2,008 healthy community controls. The dataset includes donor metadata, recipient clinical information, treatment outcomes, and donor-recipient mapping relationships. This dataset supports the manuscript:“An Integrated Dataset of Clinical and Microbial Profiles for Fecal Microbiota Transplantation”. Raw sequencing data are available in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under BioProject accessions PRJNA1061457 and PRJNA1061329.
