Reproducibility archive for a multi-dimensional comparative appraisal of the 2020 and 2025 American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC). Contains twelve analytical CSV tables, two Jupyter notebooks that regenerate all figures, main-text Tables 1-3 (with Wilson 95 % CIs computed in code), and Supplementary Tables S1-S5, and the rendered 600-DPI TIFF figures together with the submission-ready Excel workbook of all eight tables. Wilson 95% CIs in Table 3 are computed in code; ICCs in Table 1 and BCa CIs in Table 2 are read from the CSVs. All 355 cells across the three main tables verified byte-for-byte against the manuscript-embedded versions. * Both Jupyter notebooks now auto-detect Google Colab vs local execution. Cross-environment reproducibility (Colab Linux + local Windows) verified to be content-identical across all 8 sheets. * Archive made fully journal-agnostic: no venue-specific references remain in notebooks, README, CITATION.cff, or zenodo_metadata.json. * New data dictionary (data/README.md): per-CSV column dictionary with publication-grade labels, units, worked Python loading examples, and Wilson CI verification snippet. * Supplementary table column headers in the Excel workbook polished to match the Methods-section terminology (e.g. "Mean cosine similarity" rather than "mean_sim"). CSV column names retained as programmatic snake_case (machine-readable data layer). * Manuscript title, supplementary-table count (S1-S5), and reproduction instructions synchronised across all metadata files.
