Transcriptome Sequence of Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizosphere-Associated Bacteria

Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) are soil microorganisms which are able to stimulate growth and development of the host plants when attached to their root system. The present study provides transcriptome sequences of gram positive bacteria with known plant stimulating and protective properties. For some cases we confirmed the biosynthesis of cyclic lipopeptide and polyketide antibiotics and the secondary metabolites - system plant resistance stimulators.
