Supplementary tables for the PhD thesis of Hong Zhang

This dataset contains supplementary tables associated with Chapters 4 and 5 of the PhD thesis of Hong Zhang. Due to their size, the complete supplementary tables are provided as separate Excel files rather than included directly in the thesis PDF. The corresponding supplementary table legends are included in the relevant chapters of the thesis. The Chapter 4 supplementary tables are related to the identification and functional characterization of a novel XACT transcript in hematopoietic cells and AML. The Chapter 5 supplementary tables are related to CRISPRa-CROP-seq analysis of transcription factors associated with overall survival in AML.
