This work focuses on achieving security in the terahertz (THz) band using a MIMO wiretap channel. The source employs transmit antenna selection (TAS), while the main user and eavesdropper use maximal ratio combining (MRC) with their respective antennas. Statistical characteristics are derived to evaluate secrecy performance, leading to closed-form expressions for secrecy outage probability and positive secrecy capacity. Results indicate improved secrecy performance due to transmit diversity techniques, with additional security enhancements from channel nonlinearity and multi-path effects.
