Analysis scripts and raw data for VPN ecosystem measurements

This collection contains analysis scripts and raw data to reproduce our analysis for the active measurements on the VPN server ecosystem. The results are published in the paper "Characterizing the VPN Ecosystem in the Wild" published at the "Passive and Active Measurement Conference 2023" (PAM 2023).
