Нетрадиционные семейные союзы в истории человечества и их эволюция: Социокультурный и философский анализ // Non-Traditional Family Unions in Human History and Their Evolution: A Sociocultural and Philosophical Analysis

In this article, I offer an interdisciplinary analysis of <b>non-traditional family unions</b> throughout human history, extending beyond the monogamous heterosexual norm. I examine various forms of such unions, including same-sex relationships (e.g., Emperor Nero and Sporus, Emperor Elagabalus and Hierocles, Queen Christina of Sweden and Countess Ebba Sparre, the concept of "two-spirit" among indigenous peoples), polygamous marriages, and unequal age unions. The historical context and perception of these unions are discussed, as well as their evolution under the influence of social, economic, political, and cultural factors. Special attention is paid to contemporary debates about the legalization of same-sex marriage, the rights of LGBT+ individuals, raising children in non-traditional families, and differences in religious and secular approaches to sexuality. The article also touches upon futuristic and philosophical reflections on the future of the institution of marriage, the commercialization of reproduction, and the potential transformation of human nature, while <b>distancing my position from outdated notions of sexual orientation, not linking homosexuality to illness</b>. I emphasize that the concept of <b>"sin" is socially conditioned</b>. The importance of <b>freedom of expression</b> on the internet is also advocated. I particularly stress that any manifestation of hatred, fanaticism, or discrimination leading to violence, murder, or assault is unacceptable and must be prosecuted by law, as <b>law supersedes any outdated traditions and religious dogmas</b>. Based on existing societal positions and <b>my analysis, provided to heads of state and and presidents of various countries, including the USA and the Russian Federation, as well as to the Vatican, at the end of the 20th century—for analysis and in proof of justifications for the legalization of same-sex marriage</b>, arguments "for" and "against" expanding the concept of marriage are formulated, considering social, genetic, and legal aspects, including inheritance and protection in case of union dissolution.
