This dataset contains proteome-wide 3D protein structure predictions for deep-sea hydrothermal vent endemic Alvinellidae worms. These organisms serve as critical models for understanding extreme thermal adaptation in marine environments. The 3D structures were predicted using ColabFold (v1.5.5; parameters: --num-relax 1, --num-recycle 3, --model-type alphafold2_ptm). To ensure reliability, a strict quality control filter was applied: every individual PDB model included in this repository exhibits an average pLDDT score > 70, indicating good to high confidence in the overall topological predictions.
