Transcriptomic analysis of mouse brain in response to probiotics and EVs treatment

This submission includes RNA-seq data from mouse brain tissues collected after treatment with a live probiotic (Limosilactobacillus fermentum SLAM216) or its extracellular vesicles (EVs). The data were generated to examine transcriptional changes in the brain associated with microbiota-derived interventions.
