资源简介:
Solid tumors account for 60% of all pediatric malignancies, with surgery serving as the primary therapeutic modality. Minimally invasive surgery (MIS) has gained prominence in recent years because of its advantages such as reduced trauma and rapid recovery. However, standardized clinical protocols are still lacking. This article reviews the indications and technological advancements of MIS in pediatric solid tumors over the past decade, analyzing its advantages and limitations, as well as the influential role of emerging technologies such as 3D laparoscopy and robotic surgery. MIS is safe and feasible for treating pediatric solid tumors, but its indications must be strictly regulated. Multidisciplinary team evaluation is crucial, and treatment strategies should prioritize “patient safety” and “tumor eradication.”
