SynMedialKnee synthetic data repository

This dataset contains synthetic simulator outputs generated for the SynMedial-Knee study, a reduced-order computational model developed to evaluate mechano-inflammatory coupling and credibility-led model reduction in medial-compartment knee osteoarthritis simulation. The repository includes cohort-level outputs, scenario analyses, component ablation, numerical verification, ODE diagnostics, global sensitivity analysis, stochastic repeatability, negative controls, intervention timing sweeps, and phenotype-stability summaries. All data are synthetic; no patient-level clinical, imaging, gait, biomarker, or human-subject data are included.
