We performed single cell RNA sequencing using the 10X genomics platform on explanted human lungs from 4 CLAD-BOS patients, 3 cGVHD-BOS patients, and 3 deceased controls to identify cell types, genes, and pathways enriched in BOS to better understand disease mechanisms We analyzed distal lung specimens from patients undergoing first lung transplant for cGVHD-BOS, second lung transplant for CLAD-BOS, and healthy controls (NC) using the 10X Genomics Chromium Controller platform with Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3ʹ Reagent Kits v3.1. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina Novaseq 6000 instrument.
