Data and code for Fig. 4 of "Non-diagonal Lindblad master equations in quantum reservoir engineering"

This record contains the data and Julia code used to generate Fig. 4 of the manuscript “Non-diagonal Lindblad master equations in quantum reservoir engineering” by D. N. Bernal-García, L. Huang, A. E. Miroshnichenko, and M. J. Woolley. The data are generated from the analytical steady-state covariance matrix obtained by solving the algebraic Lyapunov equation for the two-mode optomechanical example discussed in Sec. VI of the manuscript. The script computes the Duan quantity and the bosonic logarithmic negativity as functions of the absorption-spectrum asymmetry and drive asymmetry. The deposit includes:- `fig4_generate_data.jl`: Julia script used to generate the data.- `fig4_data.csv`: generated numerical values used for Fig. 4.- `README.md`: description of the files, parameters, and reproduction instructions.
