Dynamics of intestinal organization and microbiota during early development of Procypris mera

In this study, we aimed to observe the changes in intestinal organizational structure and study the colonization and succession pattern of intestinal flora of P. mera during the early developmental stage based on 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing under strictly controlled conditions. We also considered the contribution of bait and water to gut flora formation and clarified the mechanisms of host growth and development and environmental flora on P. mera intestinal flora. The results enrich the knowledge of microbial community changes during development and contribute to healthy fish breeding.
