Dataset on occurrences of Lycopersicum species from Peru

This information corresponds to a cleaned-up set of presence data of tomato species and their wild relatives collected in Peru, obtained after searching in Solanaceae databases on websites such as Solanum source, Genesys and incorporating the database of the national collection of INIA-Peru. Occurrences were checked with GIS software so passport data corresponded to coordinate data; coordinate replicates were eliminated as well. This dataset was obtained in the process of gap analysis in order to identify priority sites for further collection within Peru.
