This dataset provides Terrestrial Water Storage Anomalies (TWSA) for MERIT Hydro catchments derived from GRACE and GRACE-FO satellite observations. The data were processed by mapping GRACE TWSA to MERIT Hydro river basins using region-wise MERIT Hydro outputs. Each file contains time series of TWSA from 2002 to 2025 for unique COMIDs representing global catchments. The dataset supports hydrological, water balance, and climate studies at the catchment scale. All preprocessing and aggregation were performed using Python and regional MERIT Hydro basin delineations.
